Description
Honami Fujieda is the childhood friend of protagonist Naoki Kuzumi, sharing a bond established before the accident five years prior that erased his memories and claimed his parents. She consistently acts as his caretaker, waking him each morning while urging greater independence—a recurring pattern defining their relationship. Her nurturing demeanor extends beyond Naoki, positioning her as a maternal figure within their social circle.

Physically, she has brown waist-length hair and brown eyes, typically seen in standard school attire accentuated by a bow and knee-high socks. As a student at Hasumidai Academy, her routines anchor the ordinary backdrop against which supernatural events unfold. The arrival of Mikoto Amagasaki—a time traveler mistaking Naoki for her sibling—disrupts his life, contrasting sharply with Honami's grounding presence. Her narrative role emphasizes preserving normalcy and offering emotional stability for Naoki.

The anime adaptation faithfully follows her trajectory from the original visual novel. Her participation in the 2005 Anime Saimoe Tournament ended in first-round elimination with 239 votes, placing between Eri Sawachika (315 votes) and Haruna Saotome (113 votes). She interacts with Naoki's cousin Matsuri Shibugaki and Matsuri's friend Chihiro Tachibana, though specific dynamics remain largely undocumented. Throughout the central storyline, she remains an anchoring figure, symbolizing continuity and familiarity amid evolving circumstances.
