Sakurako Urushima is a high school student who attends the same school as the main characters. She has red hair cut to neck length and red eyes, and is typically seen wearing her school uniform and socks. Sakurako is often accompanied by her friend Amika Kurebayashi, and together they take an interest in the romantic dynamics between other students, particularly showing curiosity about the relationship between Takeru, Mari, and Hikari. During a beach outing, Sakurako and Amika share an accidental kiss when another character bumps into them.

Sakurako exhibits feelings of jealousy regarding physical appearance. While designing clothes for Akari, she expresses a sense of affinity for her petite physique. This jealousy extends to Hikari’s more developed figure, leading Sakurako to agree with a theory that Hikari and Akari are energy beings, primarily motivated by her envy.
