Description
Deckerd, designated BP-110, is the inaugural Brave Police robot created by the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department. Equipped with experimental Super-AI for advanced crime-fighting, his physical design incorporates transformation into a Chevrolet Corvette C4-based police cruiser. Integrated equipment includes a standard-issue revolver stored in his right skirt armor and a mechanical police notebook displayed on his chest signifying his authority.
Initially programmed non-sentient, Deckerd's exposure to 10-year-old Yuuta Tomonaga during development unexpectedly catalyzed his Super-AI evolution. Yuuta's persistent interactions and emotional bonding caused Deckerd to develop self-awareness, human-like emotions, and a distinct personality. This fundamentally altered his operational parameters and enhanced his combat abilities beyond design specifications. His emotional core became the foundational template for all subsequent Brave Police robots, as their AIs derived from his. Deckerd's personality is characterized by honesty, empathy, and a strong sense of duty, often mediating team conflicts and leading with a focus on cooperation. In combat, Deckerd serves as the core component for multiple combined forms. Combining with the SWAT van J-Roader (based on a Kenworth L700) forms the humanoid super robot J-Decker. This form employs the J-Buster rifle, stored in the right leg with selectable ballistic or beam firing modes, and an Electromagnetic Baton stored in the left skirt armor capable of delivering electric shocks. J-Decker, typically deployed against large-scale threats, can integrate with ally GunMax and his Gun Bike to form the powerful shoulder-mounted weapon, the Max Cannon.
