TV-Series
Description
Regina Argine hails from England. Her policeman father faced an ethical dilemma when he refused to arrest her mother, a builder of illegal robots, prioritizing personal bonds over duty. This event deeply shaped Regina, driving her ambition to create an utterly emotionless "perfect policeman" immune to such compromises.

Demonstrating advanced intellect, she enrolled at Cambridge early and earned a doctorate in mechanical engineering by age 12. Her expertise secured her position as chief of development for the Scotland Yard Brave Police unit. There, she built Duke, a robot ambulance designed as her ideal of perfection, rejecting all emotions like compassion or personal connections, which she deemed detrimental weaknesses.

Her work brought her to Japan with Duke. She clashed with the Japanese Brave Police team and their young leader, Yuuta Tomonaga, dismissing their emotional bonds, especially between Yuuta and the robot Deckerd. Viewing Deckerd's friendship as a flaw, Regina attempted to impose her philosophy of perfection upon him.

Her perspective faced challenges during the development of Fire J-Decker, requiring Duke to combine with Deckerd. Fearing this fusion would corrupt Duke's perfection, Regina opposed it and temporarily severed her connection. This led to a critical moment: Duke intervened verbally to protect her from J-Decker Knight, addressing her as "Regina" instead of his formal "Lady," demonstrating developed individuality. Witnessing Duke's near-total memory loss in the subsequent battle caused Regina profound remorse. She recognized the value of the relationships and emotions she had condemned.

Following these events, Regina underwent significant personal growth. She accepted that imperfection and emotional connections, like Duke's loyalty and the Brave Police camaraderie, were strengths, not failures. She reconciled with Duke and the Japanese team, adopting a more supportive and emotionally open demeanor. Returning to England, she focused on developing the British Brave Police unit, incorporating her revised understanding that positivity and resilience define true law enforcement effectiveness, not unattainable perfection.

Regina has blonde hair, green eyes, and stands 150 cm tall. Duke maintains a formal, respectful relationship with her, consistently using the address "Lady," reflecting their creator-creation dynamic.
