TV-Series
Description
Kanta Hanamura forms one-third of the mischievous Hanamura triplets, alongside brothers Tonkichi and Chinpei. Together, they serve as the younger siblings to Yoshiko Hanamura. The trio embodies the archetype of incorrigible Japanese boys, constantly plunging themselves into troublesome situations fueled by their collaborative antics and penchant for chaos, often generating comedic predicaments.

Their escapades regularly involve Sally's magical assistant, Cub, and later extend to the witch Poron. Kanta, as part of the triplet unit, participates in ventures like conspiring with Cub and Poron to steal the magical horned staff belonging to Sally's grandfather, the Great Magical King. Such actions trigger unpredictable magical mishaps and situations.

Throughout all iterations of the series – including the original 1966-1968 anime, the 1989-1991 sequel, and the 1990 film/TV special "Sally the Witch: Mother's Love is Eternal" – Kanta exhibits no specific individual traits, distinct storylines, or unique character development. He exists solely within the collective identity of the triplet unit, sharing their uniform portrayal without differentiation or elaborated personal background.
