Cecile Hazuki raced professionally in the World Battle Grand Prix, piloting the distinctive Red Papillon car, number 4. She competed in the 1999 championship's final round on the T2NK Circuit, starting fourth on the grid alongside drivers like Michale Howard, Jetson Miller, and Go Hibiki. During the race's second stage, her Team Exelion enacted a collective strategy to hinder Go Hibiki's progress, utilizing tactics such as oil slicks, smoke bombs, and remote-controlled bombs against his Mach 5. Cecile's specific role materialized later. In the final stage back at the T2NK Circuit, following a deal with Exelion, she deliberately spun her car off the track. This forced Go Hibiki to abandon his lead position to check on her safety, causing him to lose the race to Jetson Miller. Her collusion fueled widespread rumors that Jetson's family had paid Go to deliberately lose, casting suspicion over the race's outcome. Cecile Hazuki also appeared in promotional media, specifically the Newtype Magazine Japan 1997-02 issue.
