Description
Chang Changku, designated Cyborg 006, began life as a destitute Chinese farmer driven to suicidal despair after relentless crop failures, livestock loss, and oppressive taxes. His attempted hanging was thwarted by Black Ghost agents, who severed the noose mid-air and forcibly converted him into a cyborg. An alternate timeline casts him as a restaurateur whose livelihood burned down in a freak fire-breathing mishap, leading to his unconscious capture by the same shadowy organization.

Compact and round-framed, he sports a chubby face with rounded cheeks, sleek black hair combed flat, a button-like nose, and a slender, curled mustache. His combat ensemble features a crimson military uniform with broad padded shoulders, polished black boots, a vibrant yellow scarf, and a blaster secured at his hip.

His signature capability lies in generating searing flames up to 10,000°C from his breath, reducing man-made structures to molten slag—a tool equally effective for scattering adversaries or carving escape routes. Enhanced heat resistance allows his cybernetic form to endure infernos, including a lightning-strike firestorm during a critical mission.

Post-liberation from Black Ghost, he built a thriving culinary empire, ascending to wealth as a CEO—until emerging dangers like the Stone Giants and prophetic warnings from Ivan Whisky drew him back into battle.

As the team’s spirited heart, he bolsters allies with hearty meals and boisterous humor, his kitchen prowess rivaling his combat flair. Though forged into a living weapon, his roots as a farmer and chef keep him grounded in community and care.

His narrative crescendos when he chooses battlefield camaraderie over boardroom politics, embodying duty’s triumph over personal gain. Once shattered by despair, he now stands as a resolute protector, channeling both pyrokinetic fury and unyielding empathy to shield those he cherishes.
