An alien entity proclaiming itself God attacked Sodom, exposing Medusa to destructive psychic energy. This mutated her into a demonic form with snake-like traits, including prehensile hair and a petrifying gaze. The event also created the demon race from Sodom's surviving humans who resisted God's invasion.
In the modern era, Medusa operates under the identity Saeko Kodai, a prestigious supermodel, using this disguise to infiltrate human society. Her mission is to locate and awaken the Demon Lord Dante, imprisoned within Himalayan ice.
