Samira Fernandes is a Brazilian actress, voice actress, and dubbing director, widely recognized for her extensive work in anime localization for the Brazilian Portuguese market. Born Cicera Samira Fernandes Rolim on May 25, 1984, in Assaré, Ceará, she initially studied tourism before pursuing a career in voice acting on the suggestion of a friend, which led her to take a dubbing course at the BKS studio. She has been active in the industry since 2002.

Fernandes is perhaps best known as the primary Brazilian Portuguese voice of Nico Robin across the long-running One Piece franchise. She has voiced the character in numerous productions, including the main television series, the special One Piece: Episode of Chopper - The Miracle Winter Cherry Blossom, and multiple feature films such as One Piece Film Strong World, One Piece Film Z, One Piece Film Gold, One Piece Stampede, and One Piece Film Red. Her association with the series also includes voicing Robin's mother, Nico Olvia, and providing an early voice for another key crew member, Nami, in the first dubbing of the series.

Beyond her signature role in One Piece, Fernandes's career encompasses a wide array of prominent characters in major anime series and films. She voices Pandy in the cult classic Dead Leaves, Miki Okudera in the hit film Your Name., and Karina Lyle, also known as Blue Rose, in Tiger & Bunny 2. Her repertoire also includes Satomi Kanahara and later Yukie Kanoko in Godzilla Singular Point, the polar bear-dog Inui in Aggretsuko, the wolf Juno in BEASTARS, and Yi Lin in the Flavors of Youth segment "Chiisana Fashion Show". She is also the voice of the iconic Major Motoko Kusanagi in Ghost in the Shell: SAC_2045. Her work extends to video games as well, such as voicing Viper in Valorant and Pod 153 in NieR:Automata Ver 1.1a.

In addition to her performance work, Fernandes also works as a dubbing director. Her talent has been recognized within the Brazilian dubbing industry. She was a nominee for Best New Voice Actress at the Prêmio Yamato (considered the "Oscar of Dubbing") in 2003 for her role in Shin-chan and for Best Supporting Voice Actress in 2005 for her work as Téa Gardner in Yu-Gi-Oh!. In 2006, she won the Prêmio Yamato for Best New Voice Actress for her performance as Sakura in Sakura Wars.
