His signature machine, the Phantom-Blade, is a high-speed combat Mini 4WD that embodies the Borzoi School’s creed: victory through mechanical supremacy and interference over conventional sportsmanship.

As a devoted follower of Borzoi’s methods, Zen directly challenges the Ichimonji brothers (Gouki and Retsuya) and their allies. These clashes test the protagonists’ dedication to fair competition and racing passion, casting Zen as an antagonist who personifies the Borzoi Academy’s win-at-all-costs ideology.
