Latias hails from Alto Mare, a Venice-inspired city, residing with her brother Latios within their hidden sanctuary, the Secret Garden. As descendants of legendary guardians, they protect the Soul Dew, an artifact holding the essence of their deceased father who sacrificed himself to save the city. Latias exhibits an inherently curious and playful nature, often exploring the city unseen or shapeshifting into a human form resembling her friend Bianca, whom she observes closely.
