Her participation stems from a pragmatic bargain: coerced into joining the Gyulassic Group to recover Tranquilizer Gun, a rare arcade game sold by her childhood game center's owner to settle debts. The Gyulassic Group pledged to return the game but later breached this agreement.

A specialist in shooter games, Chizuru exhibits extraordinary abilities like executing 30 button presses per second and 16 consecutive movements within one second, fueling speculation she might be a cyborg. As one of the Gyulassic Group's Four Lords, she wields a black Passion Panty granting gaming enhancements mirroring the protagonist's powers.

Blunt and confrontational, Chizuru clashes early with Hanako Kokubunji. Her dynamic appearance features Pooka-themed goggles, roller skates, and an orange-shaped backpack.

In the Japan BAG Tournament finals, she defeats the protagonist in Fantasy Zone while advancing the Gyulassic Group's agenda. After the tournament restarts, she rematches the protagonist. When the Gyulassic Group betrays her—Miss Alka reneges on returning Tranquilizer Gun and attempts to destroy the game center—Chizuru's loyalty fractures. Though she continues the rematch, her demeanor shifts from antagonism to overt enjoyment of the competition. She loses by a mere 10 points yet displays contentment, harboring no resentment. Post-defeat, Hanako gifts her Tranquilizer Gun, resolving her core objective.

Subsequently, her role within the Gyulassic Group fades, and she transitions from adversary to neutral, ceasing opposition against the protagonist.
