Surviving the fall, Dekao was subjected to extensive cybernetic reconstruction by a mysterious organization, emerging transformed into a cyborg. This process integrated mechanical enhancements, including rocket implants and superhuman physical strength. Now operating under the directives of the organization that rebuilt him, which seeks to harness the power of merging observed in others, Cyber Dekao functions as an antagonist, confronting the protagonists in his cybernetic form.
