Meek, also known as Mike Charat, originates from *Panyo Panyo Di Gi Charat* as an 8-year-old inhabitant of Planet Di Gi Charat. She resides with her parents at their fish shop, where her father works as a fisherman. This upbringing cultivates her expertise in fishing, driving her recurring quest for a "legendary fishing rod" across multiple storylines.

Her tomboyish personality leans toward stubbornness and quick-tempered reactions, sparking occasional quarrels with Dejiko due to their conflicting natures. Though generally fearless, she uniquely harbors a phobia of slugs among her peers. Meek punctuates her speech with the verbal tic "-mya".

In her debut narrative, Meek pursues a cat that lands on Dejiko’s head. When the same cat later steals fish from her family’s shop, she accuses Dejiko and allies before uncovering the cat’s motive: feeding its kittens.
