Description
Druidon, known as Dewey, begins as a combatant for the antagonistic Dark Joker, confronting protagonists through raw strength rather than strategy. Betrayed by leader Bross, who alters his body to erase pain perception and discard him as expendable, Dewey faces near annihilation until Ririka revives him using the Green Vaccine—a healing agent tied to her Nurse Angel abilities. Sworn to repay her, he infiltrates Bross’s stronghold, destroys a cache of the corruptive Black Vaccine, and retrieves a sample for Ririka to convert into Green Vaccine. This act inadvertently disperses the Black Vaccine worldwide, prolonging the conflict even after Bross’s downfall.

Exposed to the protagonists’ compassion, Dewey evolves from a detached mercenary to a trusted ally. His bonds with Ririka and Seiya prove vital in uncovering the Flower of Life’s truth—a force demanding Ririka’s self-sacrifice to save Earth and Queen Earth. In the manga, Dewey commands Princess Helena’s Imperial Guard and forges a pivotal friendship with Kanon, cementing his redemption.

His arc intertwines rivalry with Dark Joker’s Keto, tactical pragmatism, and steadfast loyalty, charting a transformation from self-serving enforcer to redeemed hero. Across both anime and manga, his journey underscores redemption through empathy, shaping key conflicts and alliances within the narrative’s universe.
