Description
Neia awakens as one of five primary amnesiac espers recruited for a critical mission in "Locke the Superman: New World Command." Devoid of identity or history, she arrives at a meeting point on the colony planet Dinahl. Like her companions, she learns her memories depend on completing a vital mission to save humanity, assigned by an unidentified figure.

Her core psychic ability is teleportation, synergizing with the powers of her teammates: Eno (superhuman strength), Umoth (x-ray vision), Azalea (telepathy), and Locke (electrical manipulation). This diverse skillset enables the group to function as a cohesive unit during their mission across the universe.

Throughout the mission, Neia operates under the covert influence of Elana, a supercomputer created by Ran. Elana manipulates Neia and the other espers into attempting the destruction of the planet Tsua. After the mission concludes and Elana's initial defeat, Neia's memories slowly resurface, revealing her true identity as the displaced monarch of the hidden planet Raffnole.

In later events beyond "New World Command," Neia forms a close bond with the vulnerable Ran, left weakened after Elana's destruction. She joins Locke and Ran in the subsequent confrontation against Elana's resurrected backup system in "Mirror Ring," leading to the supercomputer's permanent end. Following these events, Neia returns to Raffnole with Locke's aid and reclaims her throne in "Sword of Light." Her relationship with Ran deepens, resulting in their marriage and joint rule of Raffnole. Neia's final appearance occurs in "Stargazer," depicting her alongside Ran as planetary sovereigns.
