Description
Warren Rocko, a human mage of the Fairy Tail guild, has black hair and eyes, along with distinctive thick lips. His hairstyle began as an undercut, shifting to spiked locks covering part of his forehead following a seven-year timeskip. His attire evolved from a high-collared red jacket featuring brown shoulder padding and light-colored pants tucked into boots to a double-breasted sleeveless green tunic paired with pale green sleeves, gloves, and secured by a light green sash.

He specializes in Telepathy magic, enabling mental communication, location sensing, and gathering tactical intelligence on opponents. This power proved vital for guild-wide coordination, such as uniting members to destroy Laxus Dreyar's Thunder Palace spell. However, lapses in control occasionally broadcast his unintended thoughts publicly. Warren exhibits severe acrophobia, an incident on a bridge date causing his mental distress to echo across town for public embarrassment. He maintains a vegetarian diet and avoids guild brawls, frequently partnering with Max Alors to reduce property damage.

Early in his guild tenure, Warren joined skirmishes like the brawl sparked by Natsu Dragneel's return and witnessed Erza Scarlet's arrest by the Magic Council. During the Phantom Lord conflict, he participated in the counterattack, incapacitating several foes before Gajeel Redfox swiftly defeated him. In the Battle of Fairy Tail arc, he defeated Max under Freed Justine's enchantment but later played a pivotal role, using telepathy to unite the guild against Laxus's Thunder Palace, enabling its collective neutralization.

After the Tenrou Island group vanished, Warren remained with Fairy Tail during its decline, enduring harassment from the Twilight Ogre guild over unpaid debts. When Blue Pegasus detected residual energy near Tenrou Island, he joined the search team. He witnessed Mavis Vermillion resurrect the island and helped recover Natsu Dragneel and the missing members. Post-reunion, he attended the Grand Magic Games as a spectator, observing guildmates' battles and Mavis's appearances.

In the non-canon Key of the Starry Sky arc, Warren attended a social dance with Wendy Marvell and later monitored a ball via communication lacrima. He identified an impostor posing as Velveno and attempted to warn Lucy Heartfilia's team during the Infinity Clock incident. He coordinated intelligence from the guildhall using telepathy linked to Cana Alberona's Card Magic, though communication barriers arose during critical moments.

Warren initially struggled with insecurity over his combat usefulness, often hiding during intense battles. Amid the overwhelming odds of the Alvarez Empire war, he panicked but regained composure after encouragement from Max. Over time, he developed tactical leadership, devising strategies for allies and directly engaging enemies.
