Kiyomi Suga, the teenage sister of protagonist Takateru Suga, is kidnapped by the Koryukai gang. Her abduction becomes Takateru's sole motivation, driving him to infiltrate the gang-dominated ruins of Tokyo on a desperate rescue mission.
