Description
Manisha Tove serves as the twin sister of Shaia Tove within the influential Tove Family of Emann society. Her introduction occurs when her faction captures Kei Katsuragi, intending to forcibly recruit him as the Singularity Point crucial for Emann's survival post-dimensional rectification. Manisha personally oversees Kei's interrogation and shock therapy, demonstrating her initial ruthless dedication to her family's objectives. She confronts Shaia over opposing the Tove methods, accusing her of relying on Manisha while framing the conflict as a zero-sum struggle between Emann and Terram civilizations.

Her relationship with Shaia is complex, marked by deep rivalry and unresolved tension rooted in their past. A childhood flashback reveals their former closeness, exemplified by an incident where Shaia risked herself to rescue an injured dog. As adults, their ideological divide intensifies when Manisha pursues Shaia and the renegade Glomar crew, leading to a confrontation where Shaia reaffirms her commitment to helping others regardless of cost. This encounter ends with Manisha bidding Shaia a final farewell, symbolizing their irreparable rift.

Manisha's trajectory shifts significantly when Shaia directly requests command of the Emann fleet to face escalating threats. Manisha concedes her position as head of the Tove Family, transferring authority to Shaia. This decision reflects a fundamental change in her priorities, placing the survival of their people above personal power or familial conflict. Her subsequent leadership involves coordinating military responses against the Mu, an android faction seeking unilateral control over dimensional repairs.
