Description
Engineered by the entity Big Gold as the direct counterpart and designated eliminator of Iczer-1, the artificial life form Iczer-2 possesses nearly identical combat capabilities, including energy blade projection, though she lacks time-travel abilities. Physically distinct with aubergine hair and red eyes, she pilots the mecha Iczer-Sigma. Her personality is defined by cruelty, arrogance, and a singular obsession with combat as her reason for existence. She harbors intense animosity towards Iczer-1, whom she calls "big sister."
Serving Big Gold during the Cthulhu invasion of Earth, she partners with Sepia, Cobalt's grieving lover, to operate Iczer-Sigma. Her tactics employ psychological warfare, exemplified by killing the child Sayoko to shatter Nagisa Kanō's spirit and disrupt her synchronization with Iczer-1. Initially dominant, Iczer-2 faces defeat when Nagisa's emotional surge empowers Iczer-Robo, destroying Iczer-Sigma. Retreating, she later abducts Nagisa, subjecting her to mind control. Forced to kill Nagisa to free her during Iczer-1's rescue, this act triggers Iczer-1 and Nagisa's full synchronization. Iczer-1 subsequently kills Iczer-2 in their final confrontation, though Iczer-2's dying words reveal a twisted yearning for a partner like Nagisa.
Resurrected years later by Neos Gold, Big Gold's successor, to eliminate the younger Iczer-3, Iczer-2 rejects Neos Gold's authority, stating her sole purpose is fighting Iczer-1. She battles Iczer-3, overpowering her through superior experience and reiterating her belief that Iczers exist only for combat. Upon Iczer-1's rejuvenated return, Iczer-2 engages her in a rematch but is defeated. Spared by Iczer-1, who vows not to lose another sister, Iczer-2 then aids Iczer-1 and Iczer-3 in defeating Neos Gold. After the battle, she departs Earth to wander the universe.
In later developments, Iczer-2 rejoins the Cthulhu (also called C'thuwulf), rising to become their military commander. She forms a synchronization bond with Earth girl Sayoko Kai, who becomes her devoted partner, mirroring the original relationship between Iczer-1 and Nagisa.
