Iczer-2 is an artificial life form, specifically a gynoid or bioroid weapon, created by the alien entity known as Big Gold. Her primary purpose for existence is to serve as a direct counterpart and rival to Iczer-1, whom she addresses as big sister. Designed to counter Iczer-1 in combat, she is an embodiment of her creator's will and is initially defined by a thoroughly evil and ruthless nature.
In terms of personality, Iczer-2 is characterized by profound egoism, arrogance, cruelty, and a complete absence of empathy. She is relentless in her tactics, often targeting innocent civilians, such as the young girl Sayoko, to provoke her enemies and inflict psychological suffering.
