Forty years later in the sequel film, Kernagul reunites with former allies at the hospital bedside of comatose Remy Shimada. Trapped within Remy’s subconscious, they confront a surreal town governed by fatalistic prophecies. Kernagul battles hostile townspeople and a monstrous entity symbolizing death, demonstrating resilience and loyalty. He fights back-to-back with Suegni Cuttnal against overwhelming forces and contributes to defying predetermined fates to ensure Remy’s survival.
