Description
Earthquake, a hulking Texan bandit and self-taught ninja, abandoned training under Galford’s shared master due to clashes, forging a combat style that blends brute strength with stealth. Driven by insatiable greed, he leads a thief gang and operates as a mercenary, prioritizing wealth over loyalty. Towering at 280 centimeters and weighing 625 kilograms, he wields the kusarigama Fujiyama as his weapon of choice.

Serving antagonists like Mizuki and the dark god Ambrosia for gold, he later obeys Amakusa’s orders to attack Haohmaru’s village in the animated series, killing the protagonist’s mother and sparking his vengeance. Though pivotal to the narrative, Earthquake acts solely for plunder, not ideology.

His combat arsenal includes fire-breathing, smoke-cloud teleportation, and toxic gas attacks. Deceptively agile despite his size, he excels in ambushes and direct clashes. After Mizuki and Ambrosia’s defeat, he raids the Demon World (Makai) for treasure, only to be trapped when the portal seals shut.

Shamelessly greedy and dismissive of outsiders, Earthquake hoards wealth with single-minded focus. Encounters with Galford expose unresolved animosity, which he claims to have forgotten. Facial tattoos mask features he deems unimpressive, reflecting insecurities and a hunger for intimidation.
