Before imprisonment, Gabimaru partnered with hacker Sarah to infiltrate military and government networks, extorting ransoms for stolen data. Forced into service by the Cyber Police via an explosive collar, Gabimaru undertakes perilous operations to shorten his sentence.
During one assignment, he uncovers a clandestine military cyborg project designed to replace human law enforcement.
