Description
Yukiko Shirane is a Japanese student at Paradise School with blonde hair, red or brown eyes, and a gentle demeanor. Her peaceful, polite, innocent, and pure-hearted nature includes a distinct distaste for sexual advances from men. Physically and in mannerism, she draws comparison to Mikuru from *The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya*, and she carries a floral scent.

She becomes the roommate of Kikunosuke Abashiri, disguised as "Reiko Shiratori." Initially surprised by Kikunosuke's masculine speech, Yukiko grows protective. During a nighttime emergency meeting, Yukiko attends alone after failing to wake Kikunosuke. Teacher Chidoro nearly assaults her, but Kikunosuke intervenes and defeats him despite Yukiko's warnings about defying faculty.

Later, Yukiko pleads with Kikunosuke not to enter the "Inner Reflection Room" (a torture chamber). After Kikunosuke returns injured from a poisoned blowdart and a non-consensual kiss from a male teacher, Yukiko tends to her wounds. Yukiko expresses relief that Kikunosuke reacts "like a normal girl" to their first kiss, which Yukiko describes as purifying after the earlier violation.

While fetching water, Yukiko is kidnapped by teachers and replaced by an imposter (Biniku in disguise). The real Yukiko is imprisoned in a dungeon, stripped to her underwear, and threatened with sexual assault for her "bad grades." This assault is interrupted when the teachers learn Kikunosuke's true identity.

In the climax, Yukiko is held hostage in a tower by the student Leader. Chained and groped by Goemon Abashiri, who removes her bra, she ignores the violation and screams for help to rescue Kikunosuke. Later, restrained in leather bondage gear, she breaks free and runs towards Kikunosuke, only to be shot in the head and killed by the Leader. The manga adaptation alters her death: the Leader slashes her throat with a large knife while she wears lingerie.

A variant, "Yuki Shirane," appears in *Violence Jack*. Here, she helps Kikunosuke evade a predatory teacher and engages in a romantic relationship with her. When a teacher threatens to expose their relationship, Yuki commits suicide by jumping off a building.
