Mister Bobley is a small, bird-like creature with lime-green skin and a beige beak. Two beige-tinted ram horns curl twice atop his head, and dark blue, bat-like wings protrude from his back, enabling flight. Light green hair and black eyes complete his appearance.

He primarily accompanies the sorceress Mélie, often perched within or atop her large hair. His personality exhibits a direct, curse-linked inversion to Mélie's condition. When Mélie is cheerful, he becomes volatile and aggressive, readily pecking or biting her during joyous occasions. Conversely, when her curse activates, turning her violent, he becomes submissive and affectionate, seeking her attention despite her rejection.

During the Pompo Hills arc, Mister Bobley and Mélie were detained by the Inquisition due to her lack of identification papers. Hidden from captors, he secured keys to their Black Silver Cage, facilitating an escape alongside Seth and Doc after their capture. In another incident, the Inquisition mistakenly imprisoned Mister Bobley and Mélie for three days, misidentifying his horns as Seth's and her voluminous hair as Alma's. Seth attempted a rescue, enabling their retreat to safety.

Despite his size, Mister Bobley possesses unexpected strength, supporting teenagers' weight during flight. He demonstrates notable stealth and cunning, exemplified by retrieving items unnoticed. His flight endurance allows sustained aerial movement. His curse-driven personality shifts remain intrinsically tied to Mélie's condition, with no standalone backstory detailed.
