Kakka Arthur is one of six primary Arthurs tasked with correcting historical distortions caused by the spread of Excalibur swords. He travels to England with the other Arthurs to defeat wielders of corrupted Excaliburs and restore the world's proper timeline.

He appears as a young male teenager with gray hair cut to ear length and blue eyes. Despite his cute look, he wields magic, using a spellbook as his primary weapon for combat and magical operations. A fairy companion named Brigitte assists him during missions.

Kakka Arthur participates in all critical missions undertaken by the Arthur team, including operations across medieval Britain and confrontations with various Excalibur wielders. His magical abilities contribute to the group's efforts against adversaries such as Arthur Aqua, Arthur Flame, and Arthur Sunshine. He engages in lighthearted interactions with other Arthurs, including moments where teammates playfully ship him with his male partners Tekken and Kakka.
