Jean-Paul Rochina is an intelligence officer for the Melkian military. His involvement begins when he investigates a raid's aftermath on Lido, finding Chirico Cuvie adrift in space. Acting on orders from superior General Battentian, Rochina initiates surveillance on Chirico in Uoodo City and later Kummen.
