Commanding the supercarrier Alexandria during its military campaign against Karain, the Capitão do Alexandria leads its carrier strike group. This offensive deployment responds to Karain's UN withdrawal and invasion of a neighbor.

The captain oversees all Alexandria operations and personnel, including Kuryu Group scientists testing the experimental Vajra weapon. Following a hazardous test flight where the Vajra nearly collides with the carrier, the captain directly confronts scientist Sakomizu, criticizing the Vajra as uncontrollable and dangerous.

Operational command continues as unexplained psychotic incidents afflict the crew after Elaine arrives. However, the captain's authority diminishes as events spiral out of control. When Sakomizu constructs a new Vajra using Genocyber's severed arm, the resulting bio-mechanical entity rapidly assimilates the ship's systems and crew. During this assimilation event on the bridge, the expanding Vajra entity consumes the captain along with other personnel.
