Description
Sayaka Kitaouji stands as the primary antagonist of the series. Heiress to Makuhari Heavy Industries and president of St. Ignacio's School for Girls' Debutante Club, her family's substantial financial backing grants her considerable administrative influence within the school.

Her driving ambition is to reshape Japan into a nation governed solely by powerful women, eradicating male dominance. This fuels her relentless pursuit of advanced technology—specifically the Battle Skipper mecha and their military-grade AI chips—aiming to cement Makuhari Industries' market supremacy and advance her agenda for global domination.

She exhibits pronounced arrogance and entitlement, frequently arriving at school aboard private spacecraft or limousines accompanied by entourages and red-carpet receptions. She openly disparages rivals, particularly Reika Ayanokoji—president of the opposing Etiquette Club and a blood relative—whom she derides as weak and ineffectual.

She heavily depends on her assistant, Todou, manipulating him through verbal abuse and physical punishment while exploiting his loyalty and romantic feelings. She delegates high-risk operations to him, including bank heists, hypnotic infiltration of the Etiquette Club, and direct assaults using Makuhari's Battle Skipper units. She consistently shifts blame onto him when these missions fail.

Her antagonistic strategies escalate progressively: orchestrating a bank robbery to cripple Uruyasu Heavy Industries (Reika's family enterprise); hypnotizing Saori Tachibana to steal Etiquette Club technology; and deploying a fortified aerial battleship capable of leveling Tokyo during the final confrontation. Each scheme is ultimately thwarted by the Etiquette Club's countermeasures.

Her downfall comes when her mother, leader of Makuhari Industries, intervenes following the battleship's destruction. To instill humility, her mother reinstates the Etiquette Club as Sayaka's sanctioned rival and warns against further cowardly acts. Forced to retreat, Sayaka defiantly vows to continue the conflict under these new terms, accepting the challenge to prove her worthiness through future confrontations.
