Description
Borr is a male member of the Neon Genesis Junior High Students, a covert group of Hyper Agents who serve as Assist Weapons for the Hyper Agent Gridman. He has a youthful, androgynous appearance, orange hair tied into two medium-length low ponytails, and blue eyes. His typical attire includes a gray shirt with a black tie under a black button vest, a black jacket with a gold marking on its left side, black pants, and black shoes.

Borr is sassy, outspoken, snarky, and brash. As the group’s youngest member, he often shows irritation toward others’ antics but remains observant, quick to notice suspicious behavior. He habitually kicks the shins of those who annoy him.

He possesses superhuman attributes and combat abilities even in human form, and wields a jagged survival knife called the Scrap Maker Dagger. In emergencies, he transforms into an Assist Weapon by shouting "Buster Borr," becoming a futuristic yellow and white drill tank equipped with twin drills and multiple missile launchers. His arsenal includes standard yellow missiles, Forest Extinguisher Missiles that douse fires with water, and Sydney Super Adhesive Missiles that restrain enemies with pink adhesive.

This Assist Weapon form combines with Gridman to create Buster Gridman, enhancing firepower and durability. In this state, Borr’s components form the chest armor and ranged weapons, and the Twin Drills open to reveal plasma cannons for the Twin Buster Grid Beam attack. Borr and the other Neon Genesis Junior High Students can also combine independently into Powered Zenon.

Borr and his companions are embodiments of Gridman’s scattered fragments, having become independent beings. They initially assist the Gridman Alliance against kaiju attacks. After Alexis Kerib’s defeat, Borr departs with Gridman to the Hyper World.

He returns during GRIDMAN UNIVERSE when the kaiju Dimorgan emerges and dimensional boundaries collapse. Borr arrives with the others to aid Gridman and the reformed Gridman Alliance. He participates in forming Powered Knight Zenon and teams with Gridknight to become Full Power Gridknight against the new threat.

Borr’s design and abilities reference prior Gridman media. His name derives from the Twin Driller’s localized name in *Superhuman Samurai Syber-Squad*, and some attacks reference Sydney Forrester from that series. The gold pin on his jacket references the Dinobot Scorn from the *Transformers* franchise.
