Description
Suisei Senjin Tsuifon serves as the primary antagonist in the OVA "Ultraman: Chō Tōshi Gekiden - Suisei Senjin Tsuifon Tōjō". Concealed within the Tsuifon comet, this self-proclaimed incarnation of destruction perpetuates a cycle of planetary annihilation spanning tens of thousands of years, using celestial bodies as interstellar vehicles.
In 3026, the comet approaches Earth only to be destroyed by Ultraman Taro’s Strium Hyperlight Wave. A surviving cocoon hatches Tsuifon, who swiftly defeats Ultraman Taro, Jack, Ace, Ace Killer, Leo, and Astra. He later confronts Ultraman and Great Demon King Mefilas on the Moon. After Mefilas dies from energy overexertion, Tsuifon absorbs residual power to transform into Super Tsuifon, overpowering Ultraman and hurling him into Earth’s ocean.
Having lost his comet vessel, Super Tsuifon infiltrates Earth’s core to displace the planet from orbit, intending to weaponize it for his destruction cycle. He defeats Ultraseven, Ultraman 80, and Terrestrial Defense Force troops underground. During the final confrontation, he kills Ultraman by shattering the Color Timer with his horn after Ultraman taps into the life-draining Ultra Crown for strength. Revived by human hope and granted the Delta Star armor, Ultraman destroys Super Tsuifon’s horns and obliterates him with the Spacium Super Lightwave, ending his cycle permanently.
Tsuifon exhibits multiple forms: His cocoon enables interstellar travel, celestial manipulation, and transformation. As Tsuifon, he wields arm blades, emits vacuum waves, absorbs energy to grow stronger, possesses a rock-like hide, and evolves into Super Tsuifon. The enhanced Super Tsuifon form retains flight and vacuum waves while gaining physical strength, energy beams, horn attacks, and a drill spinning attack. Both forms leverage rock-based physiology for formidable resistance to physical and energy assaults.
In the "Ultraman: Super Fighter Legend" manga, Tsuifon appears in a flashback as Alien Empera’s subordinate. Design-wise, he draws inspiration from Dorako, with Super Tsuifon incorporating Re-Dorako elements while retaining wings.
