Description
Moeka China, nicknamed "Moka" by her childhood friend Akeno Misaki, captains the Musashi, a major nautical training vessel crewed by elite students, reflecting her academic prowess and leadership. She possesses light gray shoulder-length hair, purple eyes, and a small red clip on the left side. Her standard attire is an officer's uniform: a black skirt, light black tights, and black boots, sometimes complemented by a captain's hat.
Her personality showcases a natural command aptitude and unwavering diligence, embodied in her motto: "There is no genius that beats hard work." She consistently supports and motivates Akeno in their shared aspiration to join the Blue Mermaids, the maritime safety and rescue organization. The Harekaze responded via Morse lamp, pledging to save the Musashi's crew. Following a naval engagement, the Harekaze crew boarded the Musashi, subdued the infected personnel, and reunited Moeka and Akeno.
One month after the viral outbreak, Moeka aided Akeno in preventing the Harekaze's decommissioning and crew reassignment, though this unauthorized intervention resulted in disciplinary action from the principal.
In later anti-piracy operations, Moeka demonstrated exceptional tactical coordination alongside Mashimo Munetani, who oversaw the mission from the Musashi, earning admiration from fellow Yamato-class commanders.
