Description
Madame Violeta presides as the principal of Endor College, an academy for witchcraft. She initially welcomes Mary's unexpected arrival, mistaking her for a gifted new student and displaying enthusiasm for her perceived magical talent. This demeanor shifts abruptly when Violeta learns Mary's magic originates solely from the fly-by-night flower, not innate ability.

Her driving ambition is securing the rare fly-by-night flower, blooming once every seven years and prized for its potent magical properties. Collaborating closely with faculty member Doctor Dee, Violeta spearheads transformation research. Their goal is converting ordinary humans into witches or warlocks using the flower's power. Their methods involve ethically questionable experiments, first altering animals into fantastical creatures, then progressing to human subjects. Historical records indicate similar experiments years prior, involving a young student witch named Charlotte. Charlotte discovered the flower on campus and witnessed Violeta and Dee's dangerous, obsessive trials. After a failed experiment trapped a classmate, Charlotte escaped Endor with the remaining fly-by-night seeds.

Confirming Mary possesses additional fly-by-night bulbs, Violeta orchestrates Peter's kidnapping to force Mary's surrender. She imprisons both Mary and Peter within the transformation laboratory upon their return. Violeta's ultimate objective is using Peter as a test subject in a renewed attempt to create a warlock. This experiment fails catastrophically, trapping Peter within a gelatinous monstrous form. The ensuing chaos, combined with Mary and Peter's actions using a stolen spell book, results in the destruction of Violeta and Dee's research. Her fate following these events remains undocumented.
