Raquel Ferreira is a Portuguese voice actress and singer known for her work in the European Portuguese dubbing of numerous animated series and films for both television and cinema. Her career in voice acting spans several decades, with a significant body of work that includes prominent roles in anime and live-action series.

Ferreira is widely recognized for voicing the character Usagi Tsukino, also known as Sailor Moon, in the Portuguese dub of the anime series Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Crystal beginning in 2015. She reprised this role for the series' third season and the subsequent film Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Eternal. In the same franchise, she also provided the voice for the character Diana in Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Crystal: Season III. Her performance as Usagi was met with positive reception from fans and critics, who praised her ability to capture the character's comedic, emotional, and heroic qualities.
