Description
Delilah Uzal, alias Sahar Schehera, is a prominent inventor and philanthropist on Cenancle Island. She cultivates a public image as a wealthy benefactor instrumental to the island's infrastructure, while privately employing ethically dubious means, including manipulation, to achieve her objectives. She orchestrates the partnership between full-body cyborg Nene Nanakorobi and combat android Clarion by granting Nene access to the Pandora Device within Clarion during a terrorist attack. This device provides temporary mastery of diverse skills, enabling Nene to counter island threats.

Uzal formerly owned and handled Clarion, transferring ownership to Nene via her final command. Her relationship with Takumi Korobase, Nene's aunt and a fellow scientist, features a longstanding rivalry and possible romantic undertones; both were former members of the villainous organization "Poseidon." After defecting, Uzal operates with moral ambiguity, implementing unauthorized modifications to Nene's cyborg body and utilizing black-box devices. Associates like Takumi trust these modifications aren't harmful.

Demonstrating extreme preparedness, Uzal maintains multiple backup modules and escape routes. She employs holographic projections to mislead adversaries, such as distracting Ian Kurtz during her underground facility's collapse. Her apparent death in a terrorist attack leads to a public memorial, though the circumstances remain ambiguous without a recovered body. She later reappears in uncertain physical or holographic form.

Her legacy includes mentoring Nene on her capabilities as an "adepter" and entrusting her with Clarion. Despite her philanthropic facade, Uzal's methods reveal a readiness to exploit others for broader goals, blending altruism with manipulation.
