Description
Shunichi Ishigami stands tall and lean, his messy black hair swept leftward, three piercings glinting on his left ear, and a faint scruff lining his jaw. Clad in a black coat, maroon undershirt, and matching pants, his sharp attire contrasts with a casually draped blue scarf. Outwardly composed and dryly witty, he champions Minimum Holder rights with calculated seriousness, though his principles erode into ruthless pragmatism, prioritizing personal ambition over collective ideals.

Leading Freemum, an organization shielding Minimum Holders from persecution, he partners with Art to pursue liberation. Their alliance fractures as Ishigami embraces domestic terrorism, clashing with Art’s extremism. He engineers a televised siege on Yokohama, trapping civilians behind a lethal barrier and threatening mass slaughter unless his demands are met. Art intervenes, dismantling the scheme before executing Ishigami in a final confrontation.

Ishigami’s Minimum ability lets him boil liquids—blood, water—by smearing blood beneath his eyes, a tactic wielded equally in battle and psychological warfare. Though flanked by loyalists like the skeptical Mamiya, his leadership serves self-interest above Freemum’s cause. His name, blending “talented” (俊) and “one” (一) with “stone deity” (石神), echoes his duality: grounded cunning and godlike ambition. His death at Art’s hand marks both his end and the collapse of his coercive vision for freedom.
