Description
Tōji holds the title of former captain of the 6th Ninku corps, recognized as the snake (Mi-nin) Ninku master. His combat mastery centers on ground-based techniques, enabling him to weaponize the earth itself, earning him the epithet "Tōji the Ground."

After the Ninku corps disbanded following their war against an empire, Tōji became one of the surviving members hunted by the victorious regime. He eventually reunited with fellow former captains Fuusuke and Aichō. The trio travels together, frequently utilizing Tōji's personal and crash-prone aircraft, often nicknamed "Hindenburg," making crash landings a recurring feature of their journeys.

Within the "Knife no Bohyou" narrative, Tōji journeys with Fuusuke and Aichō to a port town. Their mission is to locate Makoto, the younger sister of a deceased comrade, and deliver her brother's knife as an inheritance. Arriving, they find the town besieged by pirates led by Rasen Ryuu. Tōji joins the ensuing conflict, aiding the citizen defense and assisting Makoto against the pirate threat.

Tōji commands a significant combat technique called FuShabakut, translated as "Air Dessert." This high-level Ninku move transforms solid ground into a malleable, wave-like state resembling a tsunami, leveraging the earth offensively. He is also identified as having a sister named Rihoko.
