Eisuke is one of five high school students at NAZKA Academy drawn into investigating mysterious alien incidents plaguing their boarding school. Alongside friends Ray, Anna, Tyler, and Halle, he confronts cases of alien abduction, including the implantation of a special chip in Halle's sister's brain by beings called the Greys. The group uncovers evidence that malicious extraterrestrials have infiltrated the academy and are operating covertly on Earth, driving them to expose the truth.

Eisuke and his allies collaborate with their professor, Suguru Yoake, who constructs a machine using the "like attracts like" principle to contact benevolent aliens. This device successfully reaches an Ummo alien, who transports the group aboard a UFO on an interstellar journey to various planets. There, they learn profound cosmic truths and the motives for the alien presence on Earth. Their return triggers a confrontation with the Messenger from the Flip-Side Universe, a critical trap for Earth's survival.

Despite setbacks, including dismissed warnings and the rejection of evidence like a presented moon rock, the students persist. They strive to alert major global powers—America, Russia, and China—about the alien infiltration, aiming to thwart an impending crisis that threatens Earth's future. Eisuke's role remains integral to the team's collective efforts against these extraterrestrial threats.
