Hokage Fusanosuke, an Earth Wolf targeting Hinomori city, attends Hinomori Academy Middle School with the Heart Princesses and fellow Earth Wolves. He appears to lead his group within the school. His surname is noted alternately as Hoegami or Hojo.

Fusanosuke has known Tamaki Teijou since her arrival in Hinomori as a young orphan. Despite their differing affiliations—he remains an Earth Wolf while she becomes the Black Princess—they maintain a friendship. This connection persists even as he displays hostility towards the other Heart Princesses protecting the city.

As an Earth Wolf, Fusanosuke can summon or control "Sinbeasts" (Zaiju), creatures that attack Hinomori. The Earth Wolves collectively seek to gather Heart Spheres from both the Heart Princesses and the Moon Cats, entities granting the Princesses their transformative powers.
