Description
Rikantz Seaberry is a 13-year-old human girl affiliated with the Penguin Empire, distinguished by her long blonde hair styled in braided pigtails, blue eyes, and a unique outfit comprising a white dress, black cape, top hat, and cane. Her physical measurements are B81-W57-H71 with a C-cup bust. She generates Hi-ERo particles, a rare energy source that powers mecha like Daimidaler and is present in other individuals. Her personality is cheerful yet fiercely protective of penguins, reacting with intense anger to any perceived insult against them. She excels in hand-to-hand combat, capable of overpowering multiple Penguin soldiers alone.

Her past is marked by tragedy: as a child, she lost her home and family during a war. Amidst this chaos, she encountered the Penguin Emperor, who briefly traveled with her before leaving her in a town with money. Though she retains no memory of this event, it ignited her profound affection for penguins, motivating her to join the Penguin Empire. During her initiation exam, tasked with defeating one penguin soldier, she instead attacked the Emperor and others, leading to initial rejection. She redeemed herself by cleaning their "front tails"—groin appendages resembling exaggerated erections—and the Emperor accepted her, bestowing the nickname "Ritz".

As a pivotal mecha pilot for the Empire, Rikantz voluntarily transfers her Hi-ERo particles to bolster other penguins. In episode 5, piloting the Penguin robot "Antarctic 11" triggered an uncontrollable malfunction, accidentally activating its self-destruct sequence and seemingly killing protagonist Kōichi Madanbashi. Later revelations confirm the Penguin Emperor originated from a parallel dimension, with his past encounter shaping Rikantz’s destiny. Penguin soldiers occasionally reference her physical traits, praising her pink nipples, and nickname her "Morning Ritzness"—a play on "morning sickness"—after piloting-induced nausea from a spinning robot. Her role evolves as she balances combat duties with unwavering, near-fetishistic devotion to the penguin community.
