Description
Rikantz Seaberry, known as Ritz, is a 13-year-old human girl serving the Penguin Empire. She has blue eyes, long blonde hair usually in braided pigtails, and stands 152 cm tall, weighing 47 kg. Her measurements are B81-W57 cm with a C-cup bust size and pink nipples, a trait admired by the penguins. Her signature outfit consists of a white dress, black cape, black top hat, and a cane.
Ritz lost her home and family in a childhood war. During this time, she encountered the Penguin Emperor after his interdimensional teleporter malfunctioned, stranding him in her world. He traveled with her briefly before leaving her in a town with his saved money. This encounter sparked her deep love for penguins, though she later forgot the Emperor's identity. Years later, driven by her penguin obsession, she sought to join the Penguin Empire.
To gain entry, she passed an exam requiring her to defeat a penguin soldier selected by the Emperor. Despite succeeding, she impulsively attacked the Emperor and other penguins afterward, leading to initial rejection. Demonstrating remorse by cleaning the penguins' "front tails" (a species-specific physiological feature) convinced the Emperor to accept her. He affectionately nicknamed her "Ritz."
Cheerful and fiercely protective of penguins, Ritz reacts with rage if they are insulted or harmed. She possesses significant combat skill, capable of fighting multiple penguin soldiers hand-to-hand. She pilots specialized Penguin Empire mecha, including the Ritz Custom robot. During one battle, her actions caused the Antarctic 11 robot to spiral out of control, resulting in the apparent death of protagonist Kōichi Madanbashi.
As a bearer of Hi-ERo particles—a unique energy derived from arousal—she willingly allows the empire to extract and transfer these particles to other penguins for their operations. This process involves her reviving the penguins' "front tails," though the exact methods are unspecified. Her enthusiasm for piloting once led to severe nausea from rapid spinning during a special attack, earning her the penguins' pun-based nickname "Morning Ritzness" (playing on "morning sickness").
Within the empire, Ritz is treated like family. The Emperor shows her gentleness, and the soldiers share camaraderie with her, though their interactions include recurring jokes with implied sexual undertones, such as the "Morning Ritzness" moniker and her role in "reviving" front tails. These dynamics are portrayed as consensual, with Ritz often initiating contact. Her allegiance remains strong throughout most events, though she later aids both sides during a climactic battle against the Japanese military.
