Natsume Morisawa is Yuu Morisawa's mother and Tetsuo Morisawa's wife. She runs the family crepe shop, Creamy Crepe, with her husband in Creamy Ga Oka. Before this family life, Natsume led a motorcycle gang, counting Tetsuo among its members. Hints of this biker past occasionally emerge. Natsume remains completely unaware of her daughter Yuu's magical secret: the ability to transform into the idol Creamy Mami, granted by the alien Pino Pino. Her focus centers on managing the crepe shop and supporting her family. During Yuu's first transformation, Tetsuo almost uncovered the secret, but Yuu successfully deceived him. Natsume's character remains consistent as a supporting parental figure throughout the narrative.
