OVA
Description
Sora Takanashi, the eldest of three half-sisters, begins the series at age 13-14 in her second year of middle school. She possesses a slim build, standing approximately 152-159 cm tall, with shoulder-length brown hair featuring a distinctive crescent-shaped ahoge and bangs covering her forehead. Her garnet/brown eyes and a constant blue hair ribbon are notable features. She frequently appears in her school uniform or stylish, feminine attire. Four years later in the OVA, she has grown taller, her hair extends past her shoulders, she develops a more mature physique including a C-cup bust size.

Her biological mother is deceased. Her father, Shingo Takanashi, married Yuri Segawa, making Yuri her stepmother and Yuri's younger brother, Yuuta Segawa, her step-uncle. After Shingo and Yuri disappear and are presumed dead in an airplane accident, Sora and her sisters—Miu (blonde, half-Russian) and Hina (Yuri's biological daughter)—face potential separation. To prevent this, Yuuta becomes their guardian, leading Sora to live with him in a small apartment. She initially addresses Yuuta as "oji-san" (uncle) but later shifts to "onii-chan" (older brother) as their relationship deepens, despite no blood relation.

Sora exhibits a tsundere personality, marked by initial shyness, occasional clumsiness, and difficulty expressing emotions openly. Academically competent, she initially struggles with domestic tasks, especially cooking. She harbors a longstanding romantic crush on Yuuta that began during their first meeting five years prior; Yuuta remains oblivious or purposefully dismissive of her feelings. This results in jealousy, particularly when Yuuta interacts with Raika Oda, a university student admired for her mature physique and close bond with him. Sora's envy stems from both Raika's appearance and perceived romantic closeness to Yuuta.

Her development focuses on personal growth and familial responsibility. Passionate about singing, she joins her junior high school's choir club. Though she considers resigning due to increased household duties after her parents' disappearance, encouragement from club president Kiyomi Okae and Yuuta motivates her to persist. Over time, she significantly improves her cooking, earning family praise. She becomes more reliable in managing chores and caring for her sisters, evolving into a nurturing figure prioritizing family unity.

Emotionally and physically maturing, Sora rises to become president of the choir club by her first year of high school (Volume 17). Her feelings for Yuuta endure, leading her to reject a classmate's confession by stating she loves someone else. At age 18 (Volume 18 and second OVA), she marries Yuuta in a ceremony using Yuri's wedding dress, honoring their parental figures. This marriage signifies her transition into adulthood, balancing choir responsibilities—mentoring the new president—with a more maternal, composed demeanor, though she retains awkwardness regarding romantic teasing from Miu. Post-marriage, she becomes pregnant with Yuuta's child.

Throughout her journey, Sora's core traits—dedication to family, resilience in adversity, and gradual self-improvement—remain central.
