Baruta-kun serves as a main kaiju character in the 1996 animated film *Ultraman Company Kochira Ulkan Tokusō-tai de-su!*. He operates as part of Ultra-kun's team within the Ultraman Company. When the Moyamoya statue is stolen under the team's security watch at a department store event hall, President Seven pledges to recover it for owner Boss Gyan within four days. The investigation reveals Boss Gyan staged the theft, and the stolen statue is a replica. The genuine Moyamoya statue resides on Peropero Island, home to Gyan's brother, Dr. Yango. Baruta-kun accompanies Ultra-kun and the team to Peropero Island to secure the authentic artifact. There, the leader of the Godo tribe provides the team with an ancient manuscript containing vital instructions to unseal the statue. Baruta-kun engages in confrontations against adversaries pursuing the statue, including Dr. Yango and Princess Zara, whose soul was claimed by a demon. This film represents Baruta-kun's sole documented appearance within the Ultra Series franchise.
