Kochō Wang is a 14-year-old student at Dahlia Academy Boarding School, having skipped ahead academically due to exceptional intellect. She serves as a second-year prefect for the "Black Dogs" dormitory alongside her twin sister Teria Wang. While Teria specializes in engineering, Kochō focuses on pharmacy and medicines. Both twins share a small stature consistent with their age despite their advanced standing. Kochō exhibits an outgoing and proactive personality, contrasting with her shy sister, and tends to tease others, particularly Scott Fold.

Within the Student Council, Kochō mentored Hasuki Komai before resigning her duties after the prefect elections. She shows hinted romantic interest in Airu Inuzuka, whom she calls "A-chan," differing from Teria’s feelings for Romio Inuzuka, Airu's brother. Kochō actively encouraged Teria to pursue Romio. The twins originate from Touwa, and Kochō relinquished her Student Council role following the elections.
