Description
Kyō Oogata attends Chiyoko Kurotori's class, perpetually carrying a stuffed puppet through which he communicates exclusively. He recognizes Chiyoko’s magical endeavors, identifying a charm root vegetable and resisting Gyubid’s memory-erasing spell. Despite this awareness, he avoids intervention or disclosure, confining all interactions to the puppet.

His past as a wizard and former pupil of Angolmois is later uncovered. The puppet acts as a sealing amulet deliberately placed by Angolmois to suppress Kyō’s overwhelming magical potential, deemed too dangerous for his youth. This restraint aims to control his capabilities.

Kyō’s core ambition is conquering the Spirit World. During one attempt to breach this realm, Chiyoko, Gyubid, and Tōka Blossom collaborate to temporarily restore his sealed magic. This pivotal moment underscores the conditional nature of his power resurgence and his enduring ties to mystical forces.

He operates as both witness and sporadic actor in supernatural occurrences, maintaining an aloof presence while holding profound arcane knowledge and ambitions far exceeding the mundane school setting.
