Junko Noda is a prominent Japanese voice actress and singer born on June 29, 1971, in the Naniwa-ku ward of Osaka, Japan. She began her career after graduating from the Aoni Juku training school in Osaka and made her debut as a voice actress in 1993. Early in her career, she was affiliated with Aoni Production. Over the years, she has also been associated with TAB Production and Kekke Corporation, but she is currently working as a freelancer.

Noda possesses a mid-range vocal tone and is known for her versatility in portraying a wide array of characters. She frequently voices young boys and energetic, tomboyish girls, often utilizing her native Kansai dialect in supporting roles. Her career breakthrough came in 1999 when she was cast as the first heroine, Hikari Hinomoto, in the popular PlayStation game Tokimeki Memorial 2, which significantly raised her public profile and launched her concurrent career as a singer.

Her filmography is extensive and includes several iconic and long-running series. She is well-known for her role as the Digimon Veemon across the Digimon franchise, including Digimon Adventure 02, the films Digimon Adventure: Last Evolution Kizuna and Digimon Adventure 02 The Beginning, and the video game Digimon ReArise. In the One Piece series, she voices the Marine officer Tashigi, as well as the character Franky in his youth. She is also the voice of the hamster fairy Harriham Harii in the Precure franchise, appearing in series like Hugtto! Precure and films such as Precure Super Stars! and Precure Miracle Universe.
