Description
Peavey Barowoi endured profound childhood trauma that forged her motivations and personality. In the novel continuity, her father acquired a cursed whip from an antique store, while the anime adaptation depicts her family slaughtered by a serial killer wielding Kirika Ueno's "River of Black Strings" weapon. These experiences cultivated masochistic tendencies and a violent disposition.

She harbors extreme hatred toward all cursed tools, driving her to join the Battlefront Collection Knights (alternately called Knights Dominion or Frontline Gathering Knights Dominion) as an Orthodox Knight, First Class. Her animosity toward cursed artifacts is noted as the most intense within the organization, acknowledged even by figures like Mummy Maker.

In combat, Peavey initially wields massive armored gauntlets that amplify her physical strength to smash concrete and crush steel fences. Using them damages her arms through recoil, while their weight impairs mobility, causing an unsteady gait that earned her the moniker "Balancing Toy." The gauntlets conceal compartments for cigarettes and hidden blades. After losing an arm and sustaining gauntlet damage in battle, she adopts the cursed axe "Dance Time" as a prosthetic. The axe moves autonomously, replicates past attacks, generates illusions, and demands a live human sacrifice to activate its powers. Wielding it induces severe psychological anguish, manifesting as nausea and vomiting due to her loathing of cursed objects.

Her physical capabilities include Wall-level attack potency and durability, demonstrated by cratering concrete, puncturing water tanks, and enduring heavy impacts. She fights at Peak Human speed, engaging opponents like Fear Kubrick and Konoha Muramasa. Despite grave injuries including arm loss, she exhibits high pain tolerance and stamina. Notable habits include chain-smoking and frequent use of derogatory terms like "Bitch."

Her narrative involves repeated clashes with Haruaki Yachi's group, specifically targeting Fear Kubrick for destruction. After a second major assault on Haruaki's allies, Kirika Ueno captures her.

Physically, she appears as an adult female with waist-length blonde hair and green eyes, typically adorned in a floral-embellished gown and headdress.
