Description
Juri Kibayashi, a middle school teacher, weaves the occult into her daily life, merging hobby and lifestyle with supernatural rigor. She converses with spirits, exorcises entities, and navigates interactions with yokai, extraterrestrial beings, and cats, effortlessly bridging the spiritual and physical realms. Her problem-solving leans on summoning otherworldly forces—curing a student’s anxiety by invoking Oda Nobunaga or mediating disputes through rituals—though such acts often spiral into chaos, igniting classroom fires or triggering accidental possessions.

Unflappably composed, she dismisses the turmoil her practices provoke. Logic and societal norms hold no sway over her; her reality operates on its own rules, where chatting with the deceased or gambling with demons is mundane. This detachment permeates her teaching, as she injects occult themes into history lessons and physical education, sidelining traditional methods for esoteric flair.

Crowned by earthly and extraterrestrial felines as their sovereign, she commands feline reverence. Cats solicit her cryptic guidance, like advising a black cat to own its distinctiveness while bluntly critiquing its fur. Alien cats enlist her in their cosmic endeavors, though their collaborations frequently unravel into surreal misadventures.

Her rivalry with Nagara, a science teacher and occult skeptic, fuels clashes marked by supernatural one-upmanship. During school physicals, she summons colossal demons to outweigh his class, deploying spectral allies to tip scales in her favor. Their antagonism, however, masks a grudging mutual respect forged through shared eccentricity.

Students navigate her whims, caught in crossfires of accidental destruction or entangled in her unorthodox solutions—investigating pilfered bloomers by accusing tengu or hosting hotpot parties with spirits. Though her antics bewilder peers, she remains laser-focused on her occult pursuits, indifferent to the bafflement she leaves in her wake.

Her past remains shrouded, with no documented history beyond her role as an educator entwined with the enigmatic.
