Ruthlessly ambitious, he engineers the forbidden creation of Nataku, a god-demon hybrid, viewing him solely as a tool to reclaim power and falsely claiming him as a son. His dark skin, dreadlocked hair, and violet eyes marked by red chakra are covered by a black open-chested robe. Following a clash with Goku that costs him his left eye, he wears permanent bandages and uses a cane. Outwardly projecting innocence, Li Touten masks profound ruthlessness. He manipulates heavenly politics through Nataku's role as War Prince, eliminating obstacles without mercy. To destroy Goku, a rival for the War Prince title, he releases failed experimental prototypes, creating chaos that cements Nataku's position. This culminates in the Jade Emperor's palace, where Li Touten publicly orders Nataku to kill Goku.
